Brief

Cascone is a young baker who has a strong affinity towards leavening, shortly making him one of the most appreciated master bakers of the Lattari Mountains, northern of Amalfi Coast. From his small laboratory in Lettere, he proposes a new type of bakery that includes much lighter products than those of the tradition, particularly proposing a new type of artisan panettone (traditional Italian product), challenging the best known brands with a light and genuine product.

Idea

The entire brand identity evokes lightness, in the logo I have transformed the canonical symbols of grain and wheat with light strokes and lettering that is a signature of guarantee, thus focusing on the real strengths: lightness and authenticity. The dark blue gives it seriousness and loyalty.
